Perhaps the law should be changed so that being a unica citizen isn't a prerequisite, just the title?

@wooden owl You will have to be more specific by saying "better":

  • More roads need to be asphalted?
  • Road layout is not good?
  • Road map is not good?

More roads needs to be better. I have dirt roads atm at my place, u should know, its beside u xD
