We would like to be able to reclaim the land (765,78,1117) located behind our workshop and store. The player has not logged in for 12 days, and our land is blocked by the Federal Highway, the Unica Road, and their land. Their land contains almost nothing, just the default stockpile with a few stones.
We also have some wood on the property that we cannot retrieve.
Thank you for your actions, and we are ready to financially compensate the player.

Ok, since it is a homestead it will be removed since it can't be transferred. You will need to use your own claims to take the area
It is approved for 50 euro compensation in case they come back and need starter gear. Please pay the owner, post proof of payment here, and contact the local executive so they can take over the property and remove the stake
