I'd like to claim / remove this plot, the user has been offline since 8+ Days now and only build starter stuff the first days.
As I started mining and would love to expand into that direction with a proper connection towards the water / sea regarding shipwright and also for mining.
The Property in question is in the outskirt of unica.

Yeah removal is what would have to happen since it's a homestead. It is approved for 175 to cover the cost of the building and stock, please pay maddog, post proof here, and contact the local executive to help with transfer. They should be able to take ownership and remove the claim stake
