This is a community effort to gather in a more user-friendly manner how the gov works.
Reply with anything you think is wrong or should be added, I'll update the post

The settlements:
1- The federation: worldwide

  • Manages and pays for federal highways: roads spanning NSEW from 0,0 through Unica
  • May tax revenues up to 25% ($9.2)
2- The countries: 4 of them cover most of the world
  • Taxation that is based on transfers of citizens or companies within their states. ($9.3, → No idea what this means) up to 15%
    3- Cities: Local
  • Taxation that is based on consumption, residence, property ownership or usage of public resources within their cities.($9.4) up to 10%

The official roles:
These are 7d terms. More can be created and paid a wage, but not required.
0- President: GM position ($5)
1- Prime Minister (PM): appoints ministers (which contradicts $4.1)
2- Members of Parliment (MP): They vote federal (mapwide) laws, usually ministers are MP
3.1 Ministery of Finances (MoF): mint currencies, lends money to fed and settlements, regulates inflation
3.2 Ministry of Education (MoE): Manages the research progress (Unica university)
3.3 Ministry of Infrastructure (MoI): Manages highway, canals, public ports, electricity network
3.4 Ministry of Defense (MoD): removed ?
4- The house = PM + MP, manages the Fed finances
5- The senate = state governors, elected by state citizens
6- Mayor = Responsible for the city

Lawmaking:

  • States and cities may apply taxes but they have to be the same for residents and foreigners ($3.2)
  • Federal legislation explicitly affecting states or their territory requires consent by the affected states or the Senate to be valid. ($4.3)
  • Taxation must use smart tax, and not target unspecialized citizen
  • I think there was a clause on not using "prevent action" but can't find it anymore

Towns can set up shops that give citizens benefits (like citizen only LCP shops)
Individuals cannot do this. []

I would suggest making a Google Document of sorts

That also makes it easier for me to import things

Discord is not great in holding text or any sort of text markup
