Both members of the Legal Person have been absent for 20+ days.

As a longtime papers please citizen there has been absolutely no activity in there for a very long while, I would be for getting it reclaimed. Also dreamstate's area to the west has been inactive for a long while

approved for 1400 euro paid to the company. Looking at this plot's size, there should be 10 claim papers in the stake (hence the 1k cost). please make sure you have claims/stake ready since this is a homestead, most of those plots will go away and we dont want it all open for free looting. an executive can transfer ownership to themselves, take the claim papers, hammer up the stake, and hand the claim papers to the purchaser. the purchaser can then put the new stake down and claim the area
