I have a lot of money and plan on not using it for anything other then the occasional plate of food. Would the government be ok with me taking 15,000 Euros that I have saved up and donate them to two different culture related projects?
If so, would taxes have to be paid on the donated amount?

Why a donation and not paying someone through a contract to build something?
That would ensure the correct taxes are collected (so long as no one has broken the laws again)

From my understanding a contract board would only work if they were building it for me would it not?
As in on my own claimed land (havnt used must on teh contract board other then the build road from claim to claim and dig out an area in a claim)

You can just do a written contract with a payment clause

Only has to be on owned land if one of your clauses specifies a physical thing to happen, since it needs to know what plot to track
