It has been my intention to purchase these nearly-twice abandoned properties for roughly two-weeks.
This user settling early next to my developing field, forcing me to seek other property in various other States, this feels like a natural addition to my plot.
User 'Motchi' has been offline for 6 Days, 17hours at the time of this post.
Prior to that last login, was another 5-6 day hiatus.
