If you would like to report something I would highly recommend walking over to the stockpile and actually telling us that they're Scary Bills, a new player. If you would of done this you would see that they are in between both of his claims, still illegal. I am assuming that you did not make the effort to help a new player learn what is the right way to take care of this is.

I have issued @obsidian depot a 24hr starting at 4:24est warning to remove his tailings and store them properly or he will be brought to court.

So i was only advised last night to remove them off the top of the world, and store underground, none of this must be on an active claim part

And it would be reasonably protected, its a good 15-20 blocks deep
