#Unica Capital Victory

I really enjoy those additional victories as they influence the current and (if achieved) the upcoming cycle and with that making each cycle even more individual.
So I did some thoughts about other possibilities to achieve an additional victory and I would like to suggest one option:

As the states got their own victory form (diplomatic) the capital has not. So I would like to suggest a Capital/Unica/Centralisation victory which would require a well build and crowded Unica.
Conditions could be:

  • All Unica buildings need to be mainly constructed with T3 or T4 building blocks (optical Stuff can use older forms; for Player Claims something between 80-90% should be a realistic goal)
  • Unica needs to provide lighted asphalt roads, fresh and waste water and energy to all Plots
  • Unica needs to provide some public services and is required to setup a hospital, fire- and policestation
  • The Market needs to be upgraded to a mall. Mall and Playerclaims together should provide a shop for every crafting profession (All professions excluding Mining, Logging, Hunting, Gathering)
  • The Majors plot should house a prestigious city hall
  • Unica needs to have a major for whole cycle (excluding day 0)

Rewards could be:

  • Last major can decide about Unica design and size for next cycle (GM approval required)
  • Last major can declare independence. Turning unica into a independent city state with monarchy for next cycle. Major title is changed to King/Queen of Unica for that cycle. Federal gov is not able to create laws ruling about Unica without King/Queens approval. (e.g. Unica could get 100% of tax caused in Unica and 0% out of Unica. It would be even able to have its own tax system.)

Having already usurped the throne during a cycle and made the Federal Government figureheads by annexing the other states, I agree with allowing other Mayors to do the same. It was fun.
