Hi there, Hoover2000 and I would like to apply for a permit / exemption for placement of garbage in a remote mountain region where we live. Our intention is to create a monument / display of the large amount of garbage that has been created in the world at the cost of the science victory. We will have everything claimed and protected as per federal laws, but wanted to seek a permit as to avoid and issues down the road. This will most likely be Large Lumber Stockpiles arranged in a large area that we are terraforming, as well as pillars and fencing created out of garbage and compost. Signs will be put up explaining the great cost of humanity's work in the race to reach space. I have attached a snip of the map and the area we would like to work, located just south of our main property and underground dump. I believe I would have the blessing of the governor of virgata as well, but can request that as well. Thanks for your time.
