somehow the districts apparently got redrawn/renamed... thus they dont exist anymore
just found out about it... i think its broken for >1d (probably around 9d4h)
not sure.. but i think i lost at least 200 Stone Road payments because of this

I’m guessing they moved the court or zoning around and forgot about the 30 minute timer.

they changed names when the zoning was updated but it got sorted by renaming the roads with an actual name
