No one except the band truly knows anything. What we do know/speculate:
Frank has said that Foundations was a one off, but that they did schedule recording dates for late 2022. Then after their producer died, he said they were cancelled and there's been no word since then.
Had Doug McKean not passed, we could very well have an EP or 5th album by now. That said, Gerard and Doug recorded tons over the years and most of it has never seen the light of day, so maybe not. The band also
