My team was on our final round to win a ranked match and at the start of the next round the timer started at 40 minutes. Waited about ten, then the timer was "paused" and "unpaused" multiple times before being set to 80 minutes. I think a spectator was manipulating the timer. I have screenshots and others that experienced it.
