It would be cool to get shield users some XP for helping out the team with a shield.
Some possible ways to do that could be one or a combo of:
- XP awarded for blocking a certain amount of damage
- XP/Assist awarded for someone killing an enemy in your vicinity
- XP/Assist awarded for someone killing an enemy that is looking at you (distracted)
