Clsphar. You’re getting muddled. With no cooldown active (after 2 hours) you can go anywhere and do anything, but the second you do you activate a cooldown if you spin, catch. The act of teleporting activates nothing. Perhaps is best if you think of it like this instead of what to do during a CD
