1. Teleport wherever (you can teleport freely with no consequence of cooldown)
2. Teleport and want to interact with the game (catch, raid, etc) is when you need to be off cooldown
3. Cooldown relies on the distance you teleported from the last interaction you had (a cooldown chart can be found in #tips_and_tricks)

As the above example goes suppose u caught a mon in US right now then u found out a really rare spawn in EU and Tp there

Don’t catch that non for 2 hrs but as the min will de spawn b4 that 2 hr window

Go in the catch screen but don’t throw ball for 2 hrs

Soft bans are easy to deal with. Just note the time you caught and when you teleport always wait 2 h if you have doubts regarding your Cooldown. You can always check your Journal if you are not 100% sure when you caught it @balmy marlin

@balmy marlin depending on the distance the mons are apart. If you catch a ghastly in new york idk central park an then tp to new jersey and catch one there, you only need to wait 15 mins i think. It comes down to km. I think from 200+ km its always 2 h if i am not wrong there. You can always use #bot_commands to calculate your CD time
