I use mock gps - walk simulator. Can set walking routes and such. I dont think its available in the play store anymore though.
I wouldn't trust any application that alters the pogo game file. They leave breadcrumbs that report back if they get screwed with

Every modified client has resulted in some ban wave at some point. Like TuTu. All cool and good, until everyone gets banned. Then a new flavor of the month comes out.
