another question @rustic solar Im mainly interested in PVP in great and ultra leagues. This means that 0/15/15 IV pokemon are actually stronger than a 100% iv mon. Anyone know how I can filter for these ones? all seem to focus on 100IV which is pointless bc a 100IV clafairy is useless for master league, and in fact weaker than 0/15/15 in the other two leagues

high attack stat influences the overall CP. so low attack means you level the mon up higher, which results in more HP, and the Damage output is higher as the mon is alive longer. literally all pokemon for great league and Ultra league are stonger with low attack. its only master league where cp is uncapped that 15/15/15 is the best stat, but then the max cp for most mons means that they cannot compete in the master league
