If your only concern is finding "cat" stops to send to your brother and not that specific one, you can find a virtually infinite amount with the site's search function

@tired spear if you are using iSpoofer it has a filter to search nearby quests. It can find sinnoh (not unova though at this time)
I just completed 1st round of unova stone quests and decided i hate it. Will do once more when i have to defeat all three for monthly research, but that's it.
