@slender perch while charging (have it plugged in) pull the gotcha out and back in from the black connecter 10 times to reset the gotcha. Wait about a second in-between and push it back in, then out, back in. Do it 10 times. Reboot your phone, go I to Pokemon and remove the gotcha, sign out of your account and reboot your phone again. Set it up again from scratch once you've factory defaulted it. I'm heading to bed now, good luck

so as long as you haven't done anything like catch a pokemon or spin a pokestop for 2 hours
