@sand mantle lol nothing, it kinda takes a lot to get in trouble and when you to it’s usually a shadow ban that will last only about a week.

this can always change though, a good way to keep yourself from being seen by niantic is to respect cooldowns and don’t have monsters in gyms all over the place lol.

You’re not in trouble when you have a softban (everything flee, no items from Pokestops) it’s just your still in cooldown.

Also before using your pass spin the gym just to make sure you’re not on cooldown. You don’t want to waste your pass and get kicked out after it starts.
