Here's the short way of figuring it out. You have to wait for whatever device your using to be the 14th FIRST. then you go to Hawaii and then spoof to hawaii to make it the 13th, then use your 14th passes, andt then kiribita later in the US to use the 15th passes. The whole idea is your device is registering the day of the raid, but teleporting to Hawaii and kiribita "tricks" it for the day before and after even though your device says it the day of the raid. It's all about timing when you do this trick based on where you live
