You can probably still get it, but you'll have to use the pass first if you already got it today, then teleport to Hawaii, log out/in, wait for game to fully load to register your location in Hawaii, then teleport to NZ and do 4 raids... Hopefully that Still works

@jaunty quail Nah, if you got the first pass in America you can still get 15. Just need to raid in NZ first, then tp to Hawaii, log out/in, wait for Mons to spawn, then teleport to NZ and do 4 more raids. The exactly the same as 5 passes but now you get 4, since you already had one

Yesterday the #tips_and_tricks said to just not use the free pass from the 13th so I did end up collecting one. From what I understand I can still get the 15 if I do one raid in New Zealand after 4 pm their time, teleport to Hawaii and restart the game, then go back to New Zealand and do 4 more raids. Then tomorrow follow the rest of the instructions to get 10 passes. Is that correct?
