Maybe if you interact with a stop or Pokemon and wait the 2h cool down both ways it may work. Just teleporting there and waiting for the stops to load didn't cut it

You can check to see if it worked....
If youve already used all your first 5 passes and tried the trick, go to a gym with a current raid boss. Don't spin. Should give you your pass without triggering CD.
