The shiny rate was pretty good the first day. Some non ticket holders got as many shinies as ticket holders, for that reason getting the ticket isnt really worth it. I will opt out of Dortmund ticket and hope shiny rate is high again for non ticket holders, then the ticket wont be worth as much.

So Horsea wasnt released at the start so they flipped the "GoFest Shiny" switch which inadvertently turned on the other gofest shinies as well. If you look at the Pokedex, Nidoran M and Poliwag are one off from Clefairy and Abra, which means there's an internal counting error. When they flipped the switch, they accidentally released the shinies as a result. @shrewd sand
