@south jasper Let me make this more concise: for players below Lv. 30, you will see the same Pokemon as everyone else, but your CP will be random compared to everyone else including other sub-Lv 30s (for example, lv 20 trainer will see a CP 1000 Snorlax vs a lv 24 seeing a CP 90 vs a lv 21 seeing a CP 1200). At Lv 30, all Lv 30 trainers will see the same exact Pokemon. Hope that makes more sense.
