@chrome jewel a few quests are like feed x berries to catch will get you omanyte, krabby, shuckle ( I think) but reward is different depending on the berry type, some give kings rock, some.sun stones. Try focusing on hatch 5 eggs for lapras and also send 10 gifts for sinnoh stone ( if you don't have many ).
