I just had a shiny Caterpie run from me. Would have been my second one of the event.
I had been at Paris mall Gotcha Camping, and it became disconnected.
I checked the journal before shiny hunting and it showed last activity was a Stop Spin at 3:23. I tried to catch the Caterpie at 5:25, and it fled, along with 3 other mons, so I was obviously softbanned.

Anyone know if there are CD triggers the Gotcha can "commit" (for lack of a better word) that don't show in the Journal? Tips would be nice. Having a shiny or mundo flee sucks.
