i think Niantic is still readjusting the rates and the task difficulty for this event, based on the past two ones they done. I guess they feel, feebas was too hard, and clamperl is too easy

@toxic narwhal maybe but hundos in pvp are never the most optimal anyway, so if you cant get the easy shundo during event, I would not waste time sniping it after at full odds
