Play less and get more and it has always been the case with my alt, I only do daily free raids and important dmax and gmax yet I always get good IVs on it, Could catch it in a few balls, and occasionally get raid or max battle shines. While on My main even with full medals, 4 entei ran away (all excellent throws), always struggle to get good IVs or shines.

yeah, playing on non jailbroken phone can get you banned. it is not about whether you follow the rules of cooldown. Niantic /pogo can detect if you using a modified app, which is likely what you using when you install ipogo
