All disguises with the same weather boost type , i e. Partly cloudy , are good dittos that preserve IV after caught, in all levels. For example, it would be roggernola and littlleo in the current list of disguises. I wonder if u could set the bot to include them as well? i am not sure what the technical difficulty are but i would be happy to help with setting the rules and parameters
