I downloaded a master mode world from the steam workshop. Played on it a bit, saved, exited the game. Just logged back on and a few pre made buildings I had altered are now reverted back to how they were when the world was “fresh”. But the areas I explored are still visible, but all the torches I placed are gone

Anybody know why when i kill the cultists the lunatic cultist doesn't spawn, the celestial sign just sits there at the dungeon entrance? 3 player multiplayer, not an official server, just steam hosting, killed the cultists all at once, at night, no changes to the dungeon(it's open and clear), and there are no meteors nearby.
