make an arena thats not much bigger than your screen to prevent enemy spawns during the fight, 2 to 3 platform layers with any stationary buff you have (things like heart lanterns, camp fires etc). shield of cthulu and a balloon upgrade or frog leg for jump height and mobility. There are lots of weapon and armor options so imma just name this one as an example: Necro armor (or fossil if you havent done skeletron yet) with star cannon

and beat the queen
