I mean, it's not much different than grinding for Flasks for Melee or Summoner, or Mana Potions or Mana Regeneration Potions as Mage. A lot of ammo can be quickly and easily bought, and by Hardmode, you have infinite ammo items and the Ammo Box.

You can use DCU or Luminite Picks to very quickly mine your way to the Aether regardless of where it might be, or craft a Bottomless Shimmer Bucket with the Bottomless Water one and Luminite Bars.

You can only get the Terraformer post-Moon Lord anyways, so if you just want Terraformer, you can wait until you have post-game mining tools.

That's how I've named them:

The shotgun sound is the "Item36.wav"
