It's dashes are predictable, it dashes once, then a bit of a pause, then twice, then a pause, then 3 times and repeats. Best way to dodge is mainly move vertically up and down to see where it spawns and dodge it by jumping over it or dashing away...

If you’re too far away from skele when he’s spinning he speeds up a ton so you want to stay in a certain range

To avoid getting trapped you can use hook to zoom out and/or cobalt shield upgrades to avoid stunlock
