After golem, the shiny stone is the best regen accessory in the game, but requires you to sit still and not do anything to be effective. It’s not good for bosses but is good for healing in other situations. Otherwise, the best source of hp regen is furniture, a regen potion, and a food buff. Accessories aren’t going to help much, but the celestial celestial shell pieces and a charm of myths would be your options (neither is extremely effective though). Sitting in a chair/bed and having dryad’s blessing also give big hp regen boosts

Go to one of the spider caves and kill enough of them to craft the Spider Armor and Spider staff and Queen Sider sentry
