+10% damage and 2% critical strike chance is all you should really be looking at for ranger, there are better accessories that can give you more damage.

The quivers are better because it gives you 15% arrow damage which is calculated differently so with shroomite armour it can deal more than 15% damage. You also get the velocity and other stuff which is nice to have

Scopes are also better because they give you 10% damage and 10% crit each

The destroyer emblem is also better

So Idk why you would want to use it when you're playing ranger, it takes a while to get and there's better stuff you can use
