Just restart your console by holding the power button down for 30 seconds, it's not a long term fix but it's a fix for now till it gets fixed entirely. Another person had the same issue I told them to do what I said and sure enough restarting the console worked.

There's one change I wanted more than anything, and sadly we didn't get it. I was hoping there would be some addition to the journey, inventory, or we can see how many items are missing, because on console it is extremely tedious to check this, whereas on other platforms, you can take a player file and upload it to a website which keeps track of that for you, but sadly all item journey characters still have to be done the manual way.

Also, giving us the map feature from PC would make certain things dramatically easier.

Yesterday I've been reading comments with the word "whipstacking" involved pretty much all day instead of actually playing, and I'm legit impressed how the devs and complainers overlook the amount of personalization experimenting whipstacking used to provide

Devs and complainers legit thought we were complaining cause we can't minmax when whipstacking allowed you to do the opposite (like say, stack up whip speed and have an unoptimal build instead)

No amount of whips, reforges and overall dps would ever make up for that

You could even match your whip setup for a specific summon, all that gone

Starting on December 16th, last year, I did a legendary mage run and the game honestly wasn't that hard. The only thing I struggled with was wall. to be fair, some of my struggles are down to the fact that I don't ever prepare for wall properly, so I probably could have done it in half the time or less, but I still would have struggled quite a bit.

Yeah and you can use no armor and no accessories and still deal enough damage to kill the bosses on legendary. You don't need these things but it makes the class experience better, especially for build variety sake.

I don't know what to tell you. There's a difference between need and want, and for the average player, damage accessories for mage are much closer to the want than the need category. I would argue ranger and summoner are the two classes that need damage accessories the most.

But I can tell you right now, mage and melee can easily beat any boss in the game with the correct gear for that boss without a single damage accessory. I have done it personally.
