take out the hands first and the fight is basically over

at that point make large circles around him to dodge the skulls and be careful of his spin attack @idle wolf

hermes boots or better, a grappling hook, and some kind of double jump/ rocket boots and youll be fine

youll be fine, when i say large i dont mean half way across the world, maybe 20 or 30 blocks away from the entrance of the dungeon and a screen and a half higher than the dungeon would work

make 3 rows of platforms and space them out so you can freely fall and hook as you need
