@spiral umbra get the Chlorophyte shotbow with some good buffing equipment and holy arrows, build a wide arena with room to dodge left and right, when she enters 2nd phase you need to try and stay directly above or directly below her, make sure you have platforms to fall through and stand on too, fire your shotbow directly up or down at her and dodge at an appropriate time and repeat
