Commenting on what Willed said. System storage has nothing to do with the performance. It depends on the systems hardware. The switch doesn't have the best hardware for the requirements of the game. So unless pipeworks pulls out all the stops and goes mental trying to make it run like a dream. The switch version will have bugs and lag, regardless of what they do.
