[Bug Description]
the "APPLY SETTINGS" button, when clicked with or without changes to the video settings, briefly flashes to "APPLY SETTINGSAPPLY SETTINGS" then returns back to "APPLY SETTINGS". sometimes, "APPLY SETTINGSAPPLY SETTINGS" persists, but it's rare and i've only seen it once.

[How You Got Here]
For "APPLY SETTINGSAPPLY SETTINGS" briefly flashing:
System Settings -> Video -> Click "APPLY SETTINGS" with or without changes to the video settings

For "APPLY SETTINGSAPPLY SETTINGS" persisting:

  1. set the resolution to 1360x768 or 1280x760
  2. restart the game
  3. change the resolution to 2 settings higher than the resolution at step 1
  4. click "apply settings"
  5. set the resolution back to the resolution at step 1
  6. click "apply settings", don't take mouse off the button
  7. if not successful, repeat steps 3 to 6
