Magic ranks
World Exclusive: Land Of The Kingdoms
For many years, magic are one of the keys on depending kinds of situations they've been gone. Originally they have no magic within the world until the Rise of the kingdoms.
There are three ranks such as.
Fully-Magic: They can use magic fully as long as they are properly trained.
Half-Magic: They seem like they have no magic at first when they using them manually but if magic items, weapons and even artifacts are used by them, that's where their magic starts to showed, they can be powerful with any items they used as long as they are used.
Non-Magic: Basically they have no magic at all.
The magic can be passed onto new-born shapians however there are conditions fro each one of the ranks if their parents' ranks are according to:
Full-magic = FM
Half-Magic = HM
Non-Magic = NM
FM + FM = 100% FM
FM + HM = 75% FM, 25% HM
FM + NM = 50% FM, 30% HM, 20% NM
HM + NM = 25% HM, 75% NM
HM + HM = 50% FM, 50% HM
NM + NM = 100% NM
The magic can be transfer to upgrade another's magic rank although they may lose a rank until they have no magic left.
(> Means transferring magic)
NM > NM = Nothing happens due to both having no magic
FM > FM = Nothing happens due to full rank
FM > NM = FM becomes HM while NM becomes HM
HM > HM = becomes NM while NM becomes HM
FM > HM = FM becomes HM while HM becomes FM

The cookies, young kids in age surrounding an elder cookie were in awe while a young cookie was with another kid who seems to be hurt.
"And that... should do it!"
"Thanks mister! I feel much better now!" The young kid hops little.
"Don't hop too much, you could get yourself hurt." As he assures that his items were okay as he cleans them up.
"And til this day, the kingdom still lives and is still crispy with the cookies happy and hot." As the elderly cookie finishes their story, the young cookie in red finishes packing up his items and approaches the elder.
"Thanks for letting me help this kid as I was saying..." His eyes lit up with curiousity.
"What is it then?" The elderly cookie said.
"What's the kingdom's name? I would honestly love to visit that one after my job here is done." As he looks into one of the map in the wall about Earthbread.
