Ability Cost affixes don't work properly on helmets. Ability affixes don't affect the mana cost, and when accessory affixes do, they're rounded down by 5s. Not sure if just tooltip bug or actually affects gameplay.

i had integrated ability cost into channeling, may be something that was lost in the merge or some edge cases i didn’t see. will look into it!
