There is this bug report, but I'm not at all sure how I can fix it. https://bugs.gentoo.org/953288 Some help would be appreciated. Thanks

This isn't something you need to fix. Wheel has a new version but pyside still needs the last one. When pyside gets on the new wheel, it'll self resolve

Unless you need the new version of wheel, at the same time as that current pyside
