You want to might take a look at this and fix it in the code yourself via a patch:

from what i've been reading online it seems that sv_undef is something that's no longer available on newer versions of perl
i'm going to try redoing with the base musl/llvm profile and then switching to the custom profile once everything works

maybe missing a dep that isn't registered in the ebuild or smth
maybe rare case where you're missing a dep
