@jagged elbow Thank you! That’s so weird. Both records seem to be images of the same page. The first one says she was born in Joppa, Hartford, Maryland but the citation is to records from Frederick, Maryland. The second one says she was born in Frederick, Maryland but the database is “Ohio, Church and Civil Deaths, 1833-1991.”
Obviously something got indexed wrong.
