So my 3ds is kind of messed up because of a "repair guy" and there's some weird hardware issues. It still kind of works but I keep running into random issues (I have to leave out a couple screws for it to not turn off with a popping sound whenever I press home button, if I press too hard in the bottom left corner of my touchscreen it turns off, my microphone randomly has a static noise when turning the 3ds in certain ways.)
Because of this I'm wondering if I can just copy everything on the sd card onto my pc and then delete it on the sd card so I can use the sd card to mod my 2ds. I don't wanna transfer data because it sounds like it would be complicated (due to my 3ds being a region changed Japanese 3ds and my 2ds being a North American region 2ds.)
If I backup the sd card onto my computer could I move the files back onto the sd card if I want to do something on my 3ds instead of my 2ds? (I don't have much money so I can't buy another 3ds or sd card right now. I can't get a job because of how busy I am with school.)
