Ctgp-7 eshop error message??

No clue how to solve this. My 3ds region is the US so I assumed it should have been fine???

You should open the eShop like it asks you to, but there’s a good chance your console is region changed and can’t access the eShop

This, my 3DS is a Japanese import that was changed to the EU and I can’t access the eShop

Makes sense, if you have another 3DS with a working eShop of the same region that this one is changed to you can dump the MK7 1.2 update from it and install it on this 3DS

or more practically you could do a soap transfer

You can do a SOAP transfer to get access to the eShop even though your console’s region-changed

You need a donor though
