#3DS XL turning off when I open the screen all the way :(

My 3DS keeps shutting off when I open the screen to the 180° position. Is this a simple fix I could do myself? Or does anyone have any recommendations on where I can get it fixed for cheap?

The top screen data/backlight ribbon cable is probably loose, reseat it
